Hatch Cover Hyd Circuit Overhaul

Challenge: Corroded valves, contaminated oil and failing hoses in the hydraulic control box were causing sluggish, unpredictable hatch movements.
What We Did:

• Stripped the entire control manifold, flushed out 150 L of degraded hydraulic fluid

• Replaced all high-pressure hoses, fittings and pressure-relief valves with ANSI-rated components

• Installed new inline filters and rejuvenated the accumulator bladder

• Calibrated relief settings to OEM specs and carried out a multi-point leak inspection
  Result: Achieved razor-sharp, responsive hatch cover control, extended circuit life by 40 %, and eliminated all signs of internal corrosion.
